How long can I keep my rented equipment?
Standard rentals last for two weeks to give you plenty of time to unpack. We offer simple weekly extensions if you need more time to finish setting up your new home.
Are the moving containers kept sanitary?
Every tote is cleaned and sanitized between rentals so your move starts with clean, ready-to-use containers. We ensure they arrive at your home in pristine condition.
Can I carry these containers up steps?
While our dollies are best for flat surfaces, the bins feature molded side handles that make it very simple for two people to carry them safely up or down any household stairs.
What happens if a bin is damaged?
Our bins are tough, but if one is lost or destroyed, we apply a clear replacement charge. We never worry about minor scuffs or normal wear that happens during a typical house move.
What comes with my rental package order?
Your bundle includes our signature bins with attached lids, rolling dollies to make moving heavy stacks easy, and a set of water-resistant labels for better organization.
How fast can you deliver my order?
We usually deliver within 24 to 48 hours of your request. During the peak summer moving season, we recommend booking one week in advance to guarantee your preferred delivery date.
Why use plastic instead of traditional cardboard?
Plastic containers are far stronger than cardboard, stack securely without crushing, and eliminate the need for tape.
How do you clean the bins?

How long is the rental period?
Our standard plan covers 14 days. You can add extra days as your moving needs grow.
Is transport part of the service?
Yes. We manage the drop-off and the final pickup once you have finished unpacking.
